- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items on sale are not eligible for return or refund due to discounted pricing. However, if you receive the wrong size, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one.
- Size Notice: Many of our products follow Asian sizing, which typically runs two sizes smaller than UK/US sizes. We strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@thebritishboutique.uk with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
- If you ordered the wrong size, we can exchange it for the correct one. Please contact us to check availability before sending back your item.
- Exchanges are only allowed for the same product and color.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
